I consult with a wide variety of organizations, from nonprofits looking to expand their parent programs to youth groups that want to broaden their social emotional learning curricula.
Consulting work may focus on any of these topics and will be tailored to your specific needs:
Educating parents on how to open conversations about sex and relationships with their children
Helping parents respond confidently to conversations initiated by children
Boundaries and consent training and curriculum
Training on specific topics, such as teaching kids and parents to navigate exposure to pornography, social media, sexting, or sexual abuse
The materials I’ll share with you are tools and techniques developed for and put into practice by my clients.
How it works:
Schedule a free exploratory phone call, so that I can better understand your needs.
After the call, if we’re both excited about working together, I’ll email you a proposal.
We’ll email back and forth or get on the phone to complete the details of the proposal.
Once you accept the proposal, I’ll send you an agreement for both of us to sign.
There are no typical proposals, since the work is tailored to your organization and your goals! However, these elements are often included:
Video conference meetings between me and your staff, in which I open the meetings with the pre-work I’ve done to move you toward your goal. We’ll then discuss and tweak the activities and materials for your application with your community.
A plan for supporting the parents as they and their children learn new skills. This can include email communication and handouts, online access to my library of interviews and webinars, private webinars or Q&A sessions, or live workshops.
Affiliate status, in which your organization will earn a 10% “finders fee” for those parents who desire extra support and enroll in one of my coaching programs, allowing your organization to reclaim and surpass the investment in the consulting package – all while fulfilling your mission to serve families
